Today is National Peanut Butter Day!

Today is National Peanut Butter day--how I know these things is beyond me...but that said, I love love love peanut butter and have been known to eat it by the spoon. But I've never had peanut butter pie--I didn't even know such a luxury was out there until Leslie said it was her favorite pie. So in honor of Leslie I am going to give it a go. I mean pie and peanut butter? This has got to be great!

So there goes the new years resolution to cut down a bit. But I think this is worth the set back. I'll report back.
