Garden Party ...

Time to plan your next party out side. There is still a nice breeze and everyone is so happy to finally have warm weather. Go all out even if you make your meal simple. Cold would be the easiest. It could be fresh greens with slivers of thin roast beef and crisp radishes. Or chicken chunks on a bed of romaine with a salsa made from pineapple and Habanero peppers. Make it easy on yourself but make it pretty. People forget most events. Make your garden party one that will linger with them.
