Who doesn't love pie? I am rather addicted...apple, blueberry and of course cherry. Actually I made cherry/ apple/coconut/pecan/white chocolate this weekend. Lovely, with a crumb top. Ps Yes I am baking for the Author Fair/Spring Open House Sunday April 23,1 2-4 here at the tea room. The cherry/apple etc pie was just to tide us over. A girl needs a little pie to get her through.
