Monday is National Pie Day! And what makes anyone happier than pie? Well, in the dessert category that is. Easy, and there are so many varieties, it would be a shame not to celebrate. And, if you can't make one, there honestly are many quality ones out there for sale. So...I say, celebrate. And if there ever is a National Exercise Day, well, I will post it!
