Happy National Whipped Cream Day! Our favorite never fail frosting: 1 package instant vanilla pudding, 1/4 cup milk, 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 1/2 cups whipped cream. Mix all but whipped cream. Beat whip cream until stiff. Fold into other ingredients. Note, the powdered sugar acts as a stabilizer and helps your frosting hold its shape. I like to trade out vanilla pudding for coconut pudding and then add a cup or more of coconut for coconut cream pie. If you are going to indulge, why not a little whipped cream? Jacqueline
