Easy and relatively healthy pie crust

This is the pie crust recipe I use for most everything. It is very easy to make (one bowl) and relatively healthy as I use olive oil. Rarely do I roll it out, as time is always short. I just press it in my pie pan that I have sprayed with vegetable spray. If I need a top crust, often I simply pick up pieces of the pie crust from my bowl and flatten with my hand and then top the pie. This is the crust I use for chicken pot pie... Jacqueline
Easy Pie Crust
2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water and 2 teaspoons powdered milk or 1/4 cup milk.
Mix all together. Pat in pie pan that has been sprayed with vegetable spray. Continue with your filling. For chicken pot pie, I rarely use a bottom crust as it tends to get soggy. I simply fill my pie pan with my chicken pot pie filling and then take clumps of the pie crust and press between my hands and place on top. Enjoy
