Correction on Lemon Curd recipe

Well this is embarassing. I forgot the lemon in the lemon curd recipe.
It is 2 cups. I like real lemon lemon when I do not use fresh. So to recap:
Lemon Curd:
2 cups lemon juice
4 eggs-room temp
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter-softened
Beat all together until fluffy.
Put in double boiler or what I prefer as this makes more than my double boiler will hold, put all in a large pan. Set the pan in a frying pan that is 1/2 full of water (creating a double boiler of sorts) and cook on medium heat until thick. Stir. This may take 10-15 minutes. Stir pretty consistently but you can give yourself a break.
When thick pour into a boul to cool and if any of the curd has burned on the bottom of the pan leave it behind. Refrigerate. jacqueline
