Easy dessert for tea time...or anytime

Easy and pretty: After 8 mints glued together with a little frosting or Nutella. Filled with ice cream and a simple strawberry garnish.

You could also fill these with fluffy cream cheese and top with a raspberry, especially if you wanted to prep them ahead of time.

In a pinch, you can build these cubes with chocolate graham crackers.
